I am somewhat lactose intolerant, so many of the recipes I post will have notes in there about replacing milk with soy milk, etc. I won’t be tagging them as dairy-free though, unless it’s a specifically dairy-free recipe. Also, a very good friend of mine eats gluten-free only, so sometimes I’ll post about that too. I love eating everything from street food to fancy restaurant food (although my budget usually only lets me do the first part).
